One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Jänkis Haaveilija. Bernette ended up behind the leader. Shining Diva got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




This is the positions after 500m. Bernette, Jänkis Haaveilija, Shining Diva, Refsnes Ameste, Decisive Sergeant, Tweet It, Loving Blast, Hinterrücks. A bird flew just in front of Hinterrücks who started to galop and lost 50 m.




Jänkis Haaveilija sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Jänkis Haaveilija today. It continued in the lead.



Jänkis Haaveilija sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Winner of todays race was Jänkis Haaveilija. Shining Diva came in second. Refsnes Ameste became third.
