One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Glittering Passion tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Silver Cake that came steaming ahead.




Major Target quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Major Target was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Major Target today. It continued in the lead.




Major Target was still in the lead after 2000m.



Major Target sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






No-one could catch Major Target today who won before Spartaco and Glittering Passion.
