One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Heartlover could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Flower Meadow suddenly started to galop. Angelica Klockar had to struggle to get Flower Meadow to tror again and succeded after 40 m.




Heartlover was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Heartlover today. It continued in the lead.




Heartlover was still in the lead after 2000m. Pole Position was disturbed and gallopped for 40 m.



Heartlover sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Running Mistress never caught up with Heartlover who won. Gold Louis Roederer came third.
