The weather had been good all week and Dannero was in good shape. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Leontien was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Scatman galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Micael Melander wanted a little to much in the start and Alpine galoped for 30 m. Leontien was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead. Rudolf sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Rudolf sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Fast Agent galop. Fast Agent lost 50 m. Rudolf didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race. Results
