One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Glorious Lady tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Nessla Mistaken Identity that came steaming ahead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Modest Lovebreaker sprinted to the front.




Nessla Mistaken Identity sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Nessla Mistaken Identity followed by Modest Lovebreaker and Playing Nutcracker. Lane two Catania followed by Glorious Lady and Striking Stardust.



Catania speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






No-one could catch Catania today who won before Nessla Mistaken Identity and Glorious Lady.
