One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Criminal Sharp Dream was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.
Cloudy Windy saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Solid Gladiator showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.
With only a little left of the race Glowing Hope galoped for 30 m. Cloudy Windy looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Dilbeek Lore couldn't come out from behind the leader, Lanjaron Ameste.
The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Pesante Vox galop. Pesante Vox lost 50 m.
Lanjaron Ameste didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
