The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Eskilstuna today.



The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Fierceful Piece. Ticking Ring ended up behind the leader. South Carolina got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




Flickering Fiesta saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Flickering Fiesta clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. South Carolina suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 20 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Flickering Fiesta followed by Fierceful Piece and Ticking Ring. Lane two South Carolina followed by Walking Strategy and Strong Gentleman. Fierceful Piece started to gallop after 1500m and Johan Brandel had to struggle to get it back in trotting. Ticking Ring galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




Flickering Fiesta was still in the lead after 2000m.



South Carolina suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Fierceful Piece galopped for 30 m on the homestretch. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Ticking Ring galop. Ticking Ring lost 10 m.




Walking Strategy never caught up with South Carolina who won. Flickering Fiesta came third.
