One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Benny Belassi was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Benny Belassi clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Benny Belassi was still in the lead after 1500m.



Benny Belassi showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Clever Muscle suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Winner of todays race was Clever Muscle. Loyal Piece came in second. Benny Belassi became third.
