One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Carlos Duke could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Alessandro Gocciadoro wanted a little to much in the start and Pointe Fibre galoped for 40 m.




Heli Rakkas Cherry saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Straxdax Opal sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Straxdax Opal was still in the lead after 1500m.



Outspoken Scope was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Straxdax Opal sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Carlos Duke won the race after a spectacular finish.
