The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Åmål today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Madame Lily sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Fabiano Enamoro suddenly started to galop. Niclas Benzon had to struggle to get Fabiano Enamoro to tror again and succeded after 20 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Peasant sprinted to the front.




Malkin Wind sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Malkin Wind followed by Beaufrand and Chespin. Lane two Madame Lily followed by Fabiano Enamoro and Peasant.




Malkin Wind kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Malkin Wind were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Chespin won the race after a spectacular finish.
