The sun was shining on Lappeenranta and it was a perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Inkas Addicted tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Queen D that came steaming ahead.

Queen D was in fine shape and held the lead.

Queen D was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.

Queen D was still in the lead after 1500m.

Pink Duchess litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.
