The weather had been good all week and Momarken was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Cordiale tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Apache Rebel that came steaming ahead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Cordiale sprinted to the front.




Cordiale clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Cordiale was still in the lead after 1500m.




Cordiale sat safely in the lead after 2000m.



Cordiale kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Apache Rebel won. Cordiale came in second. Bulletproof caught third place.
