One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Double Skills could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Lars-Åke Svärdfeldt wanted a little to much in the start and Solomon Juneau galoped for 20 m.




Au Contraire quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Double Skills sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Double Skills followed by Solomon Juneau and Kvarngärdets Wingman. Lane two Slippery Angel followed by Au Contraire and Insane Princess.




Double Skills didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



With only a little left of the race Betula Ovalifolia galoped for 40 m. Double Skills were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Slippery Angel won. Double Skills came in second. Solomon Juneau caught third place.
