One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Fire Oxzygo tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Pécheux that came steaming ahead. Salvadori suddenly started to galop. Preben Sövik had to struggle to get Salvadori to tror again and succeded after 20 m.




Pécheux was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Johan Untersteiner tried a little too much on the homestretch and No Cigar started to galopp and lost 50 m.




Pécheux never caught up with Erittäin Vahva who won. Fire Oxzygo came third.
