One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Roselia tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Travelling Sugar that came steaming ahead. When the startcar left the field Chantae started to galop and lost 40 m.




Travelling Sugar was in fine shape and held the lead. Glowing Grove showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Kvarngärdets Moneymaker started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Scarlet Lemon sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Scarlet Lemon followed by Travelling Sugar and Kvarngärdets Moneymaker. Lane two Chantae followed by Roselia and Coughing Addiction.




Scarlet Lemon kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead. Chantae gallopped 40 m after 2000m.



Scarlet Lemon looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Travelling Sugar won. Roselia came in second. Scarlet Lemon caught third place.
