One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Quitter Ten Superior was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Nouveau sprinted to the front. A bird flew just in front of Quitter Ten Superior who started to galop and lost 30 m.




Jumping Knight sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Jumping Knight followed by Zymyrgys Law and Criminal Psycho. Lane two Mad Wardrobe followed by Carlsbad Gap and Nouveau. Carlsbad Gap galloped for 10 m.




Jumping Knight kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Mad Wardrobe was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Jumping Knight looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Mad Wardrobe won the race after a spectacular finish.
