The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Åby this day.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Nuclear Warning. Snowy Moment ended up behind the leader. Passed You By got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Tripaldelli galloped for 60m and was disqualified.

Anceline quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

By The Way sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one By The Way followed by Passed You By and Anceline. Lane two Nuclear Warning followed by Snowy Moment and Growing Fist.

Snowy Moment suddenly took over the lead.

Snowy Moment sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Robert Bergh tried a little too much on the homestretch and Expensive Stardust started to galopp and lost 10 m.

By The Way sprinted over the finishline before Snowy Moment and Nuclear Warning.
