One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Approval Seekers Law sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. driver couldn't keep Monkey Boy to trotting so they were disqualified.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Harlequeen sprinted to the front.




Harlequeen clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Zegepraal Tenslotte galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Harlequeen followed by Cammarelle and Victory Will Do. Lane two Approval Seekers Law followed by Zegepraal Tenslotte and Steel Mountain.



Harlequeen looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Approval Seekers Law never caught up with Harlequeen who won. Zegepraal Tenslotte came third.
