One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Carlos Haddock tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Souvenir De Amour that came steaming ahead. When the startcar left the field Skipping Necklace started to galop and lost 40 m.




Skipping Necklace quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Screaming Lizard sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Skipping Necklace accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Skipping Necklace were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Final standings. 1 Souvenir De Amour, 2 Carlos Haddock, 3 Intelligent Mustache.
