One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Placide Olympicon found a gap and took the lead. Popular Pop followed before Rudi. This is the positions after 500m. Rudi, Placide Olympicon, Shooting Hero, Perfect Crime, Popular Pop, Chapuis, , . Rudi was disturbed and galoped 20 m. Shooting Hero sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Rudi was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Popular Pop sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. driver couldn't keep Chapuis to trotting so they were disqualified. Rudi made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Placide Olympicon. Results
