One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Backstabbing Velvet took the lead after a very quick start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Snookers Magic Cherry sprinted to the front.




Valiant took the lead after 1000m. Just Mountain didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Just Mountain looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Cantona The Man was first on the homestretch followed by Just Mountain and Backstabbing Velvet.

Rainbow Nova galopped for 30 m on the homestretch.




Backstabbing Velvet made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Cantona The Man.
