One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Kortney sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Kortney suddenly started to galop. Vidar Hop had to struggle to get Kortney to tror again and succeded after 10 m.




Montillet quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Troubling Sapphire was disturbed and galoped 40 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Montillet today. It continued in the lead.



With only a little left of the race Kortney galoped for 40 m. Narkissos Blue litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Montillet won the race after a spectacular finish.
