The weather had been good all week and Klosterskogen was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

General Rock could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Anneli Cherry sprinted to the front.

Ultimate Law sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Ultimate Law followed by Stopping Rock and Halvard K.. Lane two Stamkos The Man followed by Narkissos Sunset and What A Twist.

Stamkos The Man suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

What A Twist won the race after a spectacular finish.
