The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Oviken this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Geneviève took the lead after a very quick start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Montréal Hof sprinted to the front. Seal Goes Owowow started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Cocoa Lotion was disturbed and galoped 20 m. Seal Goes Owowow suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 50 m.




Geneviève saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.



Merret litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






No-one could catch Merret today who won before Geneviève and Floating Moonlight.
