The weather had been good all week and Visby was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Turning Runaway sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Tacumán was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m.




This Culture saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Sad Duchess took the lead after 1000m. Turning Runaway didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Lærke galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m. Astuva Ankara galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m.




Sad Duchess was still in the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Bright Beauty gallopped for 30 m.



Sad Duchess kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Turning Runaway made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Sad Duchess.
