One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Mascis Show tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Kortney that came steaming ahead.




Mascis Show saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Mascis Show followed by Monday Ballerina and Sambal Story. Lane two Kortney followed by Tripping Starlight and Youngs Law.



Mascis Show kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Kortney won the race after a spectacular finish.
