One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Troubling Sapphire tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Arcade Fire that came steaming ahead.




Arcade Fire was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Troubling Sapphire accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.




Troubling Sapphire didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Troubling Sapphire were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Screaming Printer won. Troubling Sapphire came in second. Arcade Fire caught third place.
