One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Frozen Rocker could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Clair De Lune saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Clair De Lune clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Grasping Diamond looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Clair De Lune started to gallop after 1500m and Johan Untersteiner had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Grasping Diamond looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.
