One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Slimy Stone tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Dribbling Titan that came steaming ahead. When the startcar left the field Strong Sound started to galop and lost 40 m.




Slimy Stone quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Dribbling Titan looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Jolly Roger couldn't come out from behind the leader, Slimy Stone.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Slimy Stone today. It continued in the lead.




Jolly Roger took the lead.



Jolly Roger looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.
