One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Charming Soldier tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Opposing Cupcake that came steaming ahead.

The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. Pretty Venus showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.

Be Honest clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Be Honest followed by Pampered Spring and Redemtion C.C.. Lane two Charming Soldier followed by Pellepilot Opal and Vin Og Vin.

Be Honest didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.

Be Honest sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Charming Soldier never caught up with Be Honest who won. Pellepilot Opal came third.
