One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Stifling Vixen could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Eirik Høitomt wanted a little to much in the start and Stifling Vixen galoped for 20 m.




Paradis Corail quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Paradis Corail was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Paradis Corail was still in the lead after 1500m.



Paradis Corail were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Electric Needle sprinted over the finishline before Paradis Corail and Stifling Vixen.
