One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Moonwalker was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Gold Louis Roederer quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Moonwalker sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Chapuis saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.



Chapuis galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Moonwalker speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Gold Louis Roederer never caught up with Moonwalker who won. Chapuis came third.
