One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Philimon could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Odette suddenly started to galop. Veijo Heiskanen had to struggle to get Odette to tror again and succeded after 20 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Le Mans Racer, Keep Dreaming, Fraser, Odette, Pécheux, Rex Francorum, Radiating Ruby, Philimon.




Le Mans Racer clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Radiating Ruby suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m. Odette was disturbed and galoped 40 m.




Keep Dreaming accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Philimon suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Fraser was disturbed and galopped for 50 m.




Modestine sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
