One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





No Fire was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Maximum Lion sprinted to the front. Hugh El Jewel Ameste showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Focused Striker took the lead after 1000m. Melissa C.C. didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Focused Striker was still in the lead after 1500m.




Melissa C.C. put some pressure on the leader and could take over.



Melissa C.C. kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Maximum Lion galop. Maximum Lion lost 20 m.




Seductive Snake sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
