One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Overmars could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.

This is the positions after 500m. Errigo, Bumble Bee, Marinella, Sleepy Dreamcatcher, Portable Lion, Sweet Mum, Brave Admiral, Sophisticated Heat. Overmars galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Sophisticated Heat started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Brave Admiral took the lead after 1000m. Portable Lion didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Brave Admiral today. It continued in the lead. Errigo galloped for 10 m.

With only a little left of the race Brave Admiral galoped for 10 m. Brave Admiral looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Brave Admiral kept the speed the whole finish and won before Portable Lion and Sweet Mum.
