The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Solvalla this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Power of Heart found a gap and took the lead. Relaxing Piece followed before Klöver Tio.




This is the positions after 500m. Relaxing Piece, Californication, Klöver Tio, Power of Heart, Le Piratage, Starbite, Scurrilous Attack, Party Signal.




Californication sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Californication followed by Relaxing Piece and Klöver Tio. Lane two Starbite followed by Party Signal and Scurrilous Attack.




Relaxing Piece suddenly took over the lead.



Starbite litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Winner of todays race was Starbite. Californication came in second. Relaxing Piece became third.
