One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Platinum Missile. Sunday Hope ended up behind the leader. Light And Sound got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




Sunday Hope saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Light And Sound took the lead after 1000m. Platinum Missile didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Sunday Hope accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Light And Sound gallopped for 10 m.



Sunday Hope were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Platinum Missile never caught up with Sunday Hope who won. Light And Sound came third.
