One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Red Sapphire tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Enter Sandman that came steaming ahead. Volvoette galloped for 60m and was disqualified. When the startcar left the field Beauvais started to galop and lost 10 m.




Lieutenant Boulder quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




The leader got disturbed by something and Beauvais took the lead rather easily.




Red Sapphire saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Enter Sandman galloped way to long and was disqualified.



Red Sapphire sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Red Sapphire kept the speed the whole finish and won before Fast Runner and Miss Ribe.
