One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Passionate Star. Thomas ended up behind the leader. Mclaughlins Law got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




Mclaughlins Law saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Thomas took the lead after 1000m. Passionate Star didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Thomas was still in the lead after 1500m.



With only a little left of the race Independant Thrasher galoped for 40 m. Passionate Star litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Thomas won the race after a spectacular finish.
