One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Gabrielle tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Nottingham Hof that came steaming ahead.




Colle quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Colle was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Le Eiffel looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Ivory Godiva put some pressure on the leader and could take over.



Le Eiffel speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Colle galopped for 50 m on the homestretch.




No-one could catch Le Eiffel today who won before Nottingham Hof and Tempting Daffodil.
