The sun was shining on Kokemäki and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Backstabbing Velvet could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Nizza Hof quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Nizza Hof was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Nizza Hof today. It continued in the lead.



Criminal Ironman litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Backstabbing Velvet sprinted over the finishline before Criminal Ironman and Daytona Rebel.
