The sun was shining on Drammen and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Ginger Nutcracker sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Darcel saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Focused Plan started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Desolate Bridge made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Ginger Nutcracker.
