It had been raining for several days at Drammen but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Lord Mckenzie. Silver Man ended up behind the leader. Muscular Star got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Walking Play started to galop and lost 10 m. Silver Man quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Benzino sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Standings after 1500m . Lane one Benzino followed by Silver Man and Lord Mckenzie. Lane two Walking Play followed by Muscular Star and . Benzino kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead. Benzino were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line. Walking Play galoped for 60m and was disqualified. Silver Man won the race after a spectacular finish. Results
