One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Clever Architecture tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Edmée that came steaming ahead. When the startcar left the field Carlos Iskage started to galop and lost 50 m.




Carlos Iskage quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Breathing Gal looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Platinum Missile couldn't come out from behind the leader, Carlos Iskage.




Platinum Missile accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.




Platinum Missile didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



driver couldn't keep Carlos Iskage to trotting so they were disqualified. Platinum Missile sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Marcy May never caught up with Platinum Missile who won. Breathing Gal came third.
