One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Stepping Red sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Peter Ådefors wanted a little to much in the start and Sad Wave galoped for 30 m.




Perle D'or quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Aim Twice started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. Collino galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




The leader got disturbed by something and Sad Wave took the lead rather easily.

Stepping Red won the race after a spectacular finish.
