One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Rocking Blizzard tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Basket Case that came steaming ahead.




Basket Case was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




Basket Case was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Rocking Blizzard accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.




Basket Case suddenly took over the lead.



Basket Case looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Winner of todays race was Basket Case. Rocking Blizzard came in second. Sleeping Ruby became third.
