One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Donna Jo Ameste was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Preben Sövik wanted a little to much in the start and Perfect Master galoped for 20 m.




Wilson Pegasos saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Donna Jo Ameste took the lead after 1000m. Guilty Commissioner didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Donna Jo Ameste was still in the lead after 1500m.




Guilty Commissioner took the lead.



Guilty Commissioner kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Wilson Pegasos sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
