One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Slow Work was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Slow Work was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead. A bird flew just in front of Gilian who started to galop and lost 20 m.




Sneaking Moonlight looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Walking Addiction couldn't come out from behind the leader, Slow Work.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Slow Work today. It continued in the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Gilian gallopped for 20 m.



Slow Work kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Sneaking Moonlight sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
