The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Lapua today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Vocalist tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Passionate Stardust that came steaming ahead.




Chadman Drumstick saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Snowy Valley sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Passionate Stardust accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Golden Sparrow speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Golden Sparrow galopped for 50 m on the homestretch.




Passionate Stardust sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
