Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Kalmar track was in top-condition.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Lonely Lemonade. Timeout ended up behind the leader. Windy Sapphire got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Benzino was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Tiny Thinking sprinted to the front. driver couldn't keep Windy Sapphire to trotting so they were disqualified.

Dominant Gentleman sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Wild Pixie looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

Lonely Lemonade was disturbed and galopped for 10 m. Queen Jane Approx suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Timeout sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
